Return policy
Once paid services from Proxyma have been rendered to the required standard, any money spent on the services is non-refundable.
If the service was not provided in full or was provided in an inadequate manner (the personal account balance was not replenished or the top-up amount differs from the calculated amount when paying for the order), the customer has the right to refuse the service by email and receive a full refund or a similar service.
The claim review and refund process takes 15 business days. Proxyma remains the company’s sole arbitrator.
