1. Update your web browser to the latest version or reinstall it. If there is no connection to the proxy server, your browser version may be outdated. After installation, you will need to reconfigure the proxy connection.
2. Check the proxy settings in your browser. It is likely that the user previously made changes that led to a connection error.
3. Clear your cache. This is the easiest way to fix your proxy server. To do this, go to your browser history. You can do this via the menu or by pressing Ctrl + H. Select a time range; for best results, we recommend setting the period to “All time.”
4. Check for malware using antivirus software. It is not recommended to run a scan using an application that is already installed on the device. There are many free programs available online that can detect threats.
5. Disable proxy software. To verify that it is the proxy server that is blocking the transfer, check your network access without using a proxy.
6. Clear the database in the system registry.
